Our Services

Whether you’re looking to join group fitness classes or not, our skilled instructors are committed to assisting you in reaching your personal health objectives. They offer support and motivation throughout your journey. Additionally, members can enjoy access to top-notch equipment. Join us and immerse yourself in a vibrant, supportive environment dedicated to fostering a healthier lifestyle.

The facility operates 24 hours a day with access granted through Common Access Cards (CAC). Registration of CAC cards is mandatory for building entry. Members are required to register at the Fitness Center, and the cardholder must be present during this process. Individuals seeking access must participate in a Fitness Center tour and have their card registered.

Amenities

Outdoor amenities include an outdoor volleyball court and a track.

Additionally, we are excited to offer our incentive program, the 1500 miles-challenge, which motivates you to reach your fitness goals. One on One Training

Master fundamental movement patterns, strengthen stabilizing muscles, improve work capacity, and enhance structural balance—so you can prevent injury and make long-term progress.

3Ks Run/Walk

Every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m.

Be part of our 3K Run/Walk every 3rd Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Fitness Center.

3 in 33 Challenge

June 1-30, 2026

To complete the challenge, you need to perform the following in 33 minutes or less:

Run 1 mile
Cycle 3 miles
Row 2.5 kilometers

You can schedule anytime during the week with the Fitness Center to complete this challenge.

Dri Quad

May 1-31, 2026

To complete the challenge, you must complete the following by the end of the month:

Run 20 miles
Bike 75 miles

Climb 25k steps
Row 30k meters

Stop down at the Fitness Center to take on the challenge!

1500 Mile Club

January 1, 2026- December 31, 2026

You can sign up at anytime throughout the year.

*The date you sign up is your starting date for the challenge.*

  • Activities include running, walking, biking, or using an elliptical.
  • Log your mileage bi-monthly at the Fitness Center.

Use an Apple Watch, Garmin, or Fitbit to track your distance.

Register at the Fitness Center.
